1967 Mercury Cougar

Backhalved.  4 link suspension.  29x15.5 15 rear tires.  Centerline wheels.

460 C6 with converter.  Headers.  9” Posi. 4:11 Gears.  31 Spline Axles.  B&M Pro Stick.  Racing seat with cover.  Holley Blue Fuel Pump.

I bought the car with the intention of finishing and racing it, but just don’t have the time and have too many projects.  NO TITLE.  There was a whole list of things done to the engine, but I have since lost the paperwork and don’t remember what all has been done.  The engine runs strong and sounds really good.  It does have an MSD distrubutor and coil.  Ford Racing plug wires.  Edelbrock Performer RPM intake. Holley 830cfm carb. I believe that the converter is TCI brand, but I am not sure on that.  There are lots of good parts here, but the car needs some work done.  One quarter panel has been damaged at the rear and needs to be worked.  The car needs some body work done and a fresh coat of paint.  The cage that was in the car when I got it was not NHRA legal so I cut it out to put a new one in, but didn’t get it done.  Needs a cage and tin work done.  This car is a work in progress so you will want to check everything over before you attempt to take it down the track.  If you have any questions, please ask.  My phone number is (620)727-5392.
